RULES and POLICIES

1. Each participant pays a $25.00 non-refundable administration/registration fee per season (September to June).

2. The tuition for the first session of enrollment is due at the time of registration. To hold your child's current spot in the next session, you will have priority registration during week 6 and 7 of your current session. During these weeks payment can be made at the front desk or online. If payment is not received after week 7, your spot is no longer guaranteed and will be opened to our waiting list and new registrations.

3. We offer a 10% discount off the session fee for a second child from the same family which is applied to the lower class fee (summer programs excluded).

4. Our classes are often full, therefore, students dropping a class for one session or more may lose their spot to a new registrant or those on a waiting list.

5. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any program or activity due to inclement weather or low enrollment.

6. A $25.00 service fee will be imposed for all returned checks.

7. MAKE UP POLICY. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. We allow ONLY 2 make up classes per session. They must be scheduled in advance with our office staff and within the session you are signed up for. We will not take any walk-ins. Please note, we will do our best to accommodate your requests however we will not exceed our instructor-student ratio. Our goal is to keep your children safe and for us to do that we have to set number limits on classes. Daggett Gymnastics will NOT give refunds for missed classes. Any requested make ups beyond the 2 allowed will be assessed $15.00 per class, no exceptions.

8. Inclement Weather Make Up Policy. In the event of bad weather, Daggett Gymnastics will make every effort to stay open. Please call the gym that day, check our Facebook page, or ABC News 40 for the latest information on closings. If we do need to close we will designate a make up day and time for all classes affected by the closings. Please note this is the only class that can be used as your make up for missed days due to bad weather. You cannot schedule make ups for weather related closings in our regular classes.

9. Daggett Gymnastics maintains a NO REFUND policy on all of our fees (registration, camps, tuition, & special events) in order to ensure proper safety and staffing for our classes and events.

10. No parents are allowed in the gym during classes, camps, or birthday parties (with the exception of our Tiny Tots classes in which only 1 parent can be in the gym at a time). This policy is in place due to liability purposes and to ensure the safety of everyone in the gym. It is also to assist the coaching staff in keeping the children focused and following their instructors.
